There are two freeware dvd burning, both are DeepBurner Free and CDBurnerXP.
DeepBurner Free is another easy-to-use option for dvd burning software. However the free version lacks a number of important features including video burning, and bootable CD creation. CDBurnerXP passed most of the tests we were able to throw at it. Created a functional slip-streamed Windows XP installation CD!. It added to a multi-session disc created on another drive with another burning application
CDBurnerXP also has several additional features:
- customizable boot disc options (lacking in DeepBurner),
- the ability to rip audio CDs to various formats (including MP3 with CDDB lookup).
- integrated cover printing utility,
- integrated audio player and audio,
