How to upgrade my ram

Fomerly, I used 512mb but it has been no longer to play the current games, so I have to upgrade it become 1gb capacity. I will give you my experience in this article.
To pick the ram you must be consider, wheter for Laptop or computer desktop. Because you can really add RAM for laptop into computer desktop.The conclusion: macbook ram is for mac laptop, desktop ram is for computer desktop.
In other side, you also must consider what the capacity of motherboard. Commonly, Motherboard has limit in their capacity in the memory. It’s very important before you upgrade your RAM from 512 to 1gb ram.
Ram has many tipe, ex : SDRAM, DDR, DDR2 and the newest DDR3. To pick where the best, once again you must see your motherboard.When I would upgrade my ram, I don’t know if DDR2 can not be added in the motherboard that only supports DDR. So I canceled upgrade and search a shop that sell DDR1 (and it’s very difficult for that time but finally I can found it with the high price)
If you don’t upgrade and just add one memory memory ram. It will be better if you choose the RAM that is same with your former RAM. And please look how many slot for RAM.
