Studio Line PhotoBasic3 is a free photo organizing software. It has many features to do everything you want. Displaying the albums as you would see them in Windows Explorer and then the real fun starts as you won’t need a photo editor at all with this.

When opened you will see three main panels on this photo software, the middle is the photo display and information below and the left is the information bar, left hand side is the Album files and boxes of editing and web galleries links.
